Three new GTA 6 screenshots show night-time Vice City with neon, reflections and a street meetup

Rockstar Games shared details about the Grand Theft Auto 6 radio stations and released promo material that gives players an early taste of the in-game airwaves. Alongside the announcement, the studio dropped three new screenshots, and the lighting, reflections, and particle effects steal the show.

All three shots are night scenes packed with light sources.

The first screenshot shows a Vice City street at night after the rain. Neon signs reflect in the puddles, and the background glows with bright color. The palette looks slightly oversaturated in places, but the scene holds together without any visible artifacts.

The frame is full of small details. People dance on the rooftops and awnings of the Ocean View hotel, and scooters that look like rentals sit along the sidewalk.

The distance gets the same care. Thanks to a deep parallax effect, the apartment buildings far away look lived-in rather than like painted backdrops.

The second image focuses on traffic density and variety. No two cars look alike, and besides regular vehicles, the frame includes:

  • a boat

  • a helicopter

  • a large passenger airliner

A sign reading "Vice City Oceanarium ENTRANCE" also made it into the shot. It likely points to one of the many Leonida attractions tied to side activities. Rockstar previously confirmed a zoo with nearly two hundred animal species, and the oceanarium could be the yellow building on the right side of the frame.

In the third screenshot, car enthusiasts gather for a night meet outside the Conch King restaurant. Neon underglow pops against the dark surroundings.

The crowd deserves a closer look. If meets like this happen spontaneously in the game rather than by script, the frame shows just how varied NPC behavior can be.

Attendees are busy with all sorts of things:

  • sitting in open trunks

  • leaning on car hoods

  • playing dice and cards

  • drinking and smoking

In the background, a man rifles through a trash can. Smoke and exhaust fumes wrap the scene in a light haze that mixes with the floodlights and street lamps.

GTA 6 launches on November 19.
