Replaced delayed to April, despite demo reception exceeding developer expectations

Sad Cat Studios has announced that Replaced has been pushed back from March 12 to April 14, 2026. The team explained the decision came after careful review of the project's final production stage.

The studio noted that the Steam demo received an overwhelmingly enthusiastic response. The developers have been actively reading through player comments and watching gameplay footage, using that feedback to make the last round of adjustments before the full release. The team added that putting the demo out was nerve-wracking, but the community's reaction surpassed all expectations.
