Legend of Keepers developer working on new dungeon management roguelike

Goblinz Studio, known for Legend of Keepers and Dungeon Rushers, is actively developing a new game while keeping even its name under wraps. Company founder Johann Verbroucht shares weekly screenshots and GIFs of the project codenamed DC, describing it as a "Dungeon Manager Roguelike" – a strategy roguelike about managing a dungeon in a fantasy setting with pixel art graphics.

Revealed footage showcases an isometric world with impressive detail. A cozy tavern with ale barrels and wooden tables, grim dungeons with massive chains, cauldrons filled with molten metal, teleporting characters, a knight in blue armor – everything looks inviting and polished.

Official announcement is scheduled for early 2026, with a closed Steam playtest expected shortly after the reveal.

Over the years, our community has grown, and we want to thank everyone for their continued support. We're working tirelessly with the team to deliver a project that captures the very essence of Goblinz, and we can't wait to reveal it all to you!

The developer promises to share progress from the very beginning through launch to keep the community engaged.

Goblinz Studio earned its reputation as a creator of solid indie roguelikes with unique mechanics. Legend of Keepers lets players take the side of the dungeon boss rather than the heroes. Judging by the teasers, the new game develops this concept, adding deeper strategic and management elements.
