An artist is recreating Fallout TV show scenes in the style of the classic games, and the results are uncanny
A Twitter user going by Goat Boy (@goat_boy11) has been posting handcrafted animations and "dioramas" styled after Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 for a while now – and in 2026, it reads like a genuine love letter to the classic RPGs.
His portfolio already includes Nick Valentine from Fallout 4, the Vault Dweller, and Lucy from the TV series.
He also recreated a walk through Freeside from Fallout: New Vegas in isometric view:
What makes the work stand out is the process behind it – Goat Boy renders 3D models and manually processes each frame, applying the original color palette from the first game in the series.
To nail the perspective of the classic titles, he used specific camera coordinates in a cavalier projection style – the same viewing angle used in the original games.
Bethesda's official Polish account even gave the artist a shoutout, and the Fallout fan community has responded overwhelmingly well, meaning there's no shortage of commissions coming his way.
Goat Boy keeps adding to the collection, and based on hints dropped in the comments, Mr. House might be next in line for the classic treatment.
