Forza Horizon 6 lets you build a personal estate in Japan if you earn it by delivering tofu

Forza Horizon 6 will add personal territories called Estates, where players can build pretty much anything – from a mountain hideaway to a custom racing track. However, funding this lavish lifestyle requires in-game currency, which can be earned either by winning races or delivering tofu.

The racing game from Playground Games launches May 19 on PC, Xbox Series, and Game Pass. Estates are flat areas of land where you can place any objects – the only constraint is that each element costs credits. The currency can be reclaimed if you delete a structure.

When you build something, you pay a few credits to put it down – credits you earn in other activities across the game world – and you get the credits back if you delete something.

You can earn credits the traditional Forza way – winning races in sportscars or exploring Japan with its cherry blossoms. Or you can get a taste for reality and become a tofu delivery courier.

It creates this sense of connection for us that you've worked to get these credits by taking part in something.

The result is an estate that becomes not just a built, but an earned slice of Japan. We'll see how respectfully gamers treat this slice.
