Metro 2039 gets a five-minute trailer with a release window – Steam page only lists English
4A Games and Deep Silver have released a five-minute trailer for Metro 2039, set to launch sometime this winter (December 2026–February 2027).
The protagonist is a character called the Wanderer (who will actually speak), and his journey takes him down into the Metro.
Hunter's New Reich rules through propaganda and fear, enslaving the population in the name of a new war for the surface against a dark and terrifying enemy.
Out in the wilderness beyond the city, the hermit is haunted by vivid nightmares. When ghosts from his past force him out of exile, he sets off on a journey into the ruined remains of Moscow.
Metro 2039 now has a page on Steam, and for now the only supported language listed is English.
