MOUSE: P.I. For Hire delayed by nearly a month

Three weeks before launch, Fumi Games and PlaySide announced a delay for MOUSE: P.I. For Hire. The shooter is now set to release on April 16 instead of March 19, with the developers citing the need for extra time to polish the game.

"As we approached the final stages of development, we want to ensure that we are taking the extra time and care needed to make MOUSE: P.I. For Hire an experience to remember. We remain unwavering in our goal to deliver you the best game we can, and that will just take an extra few weeks."

MOUSE: P.I. For Hire is a narrative-driven first-person shooter with a black-and-white art style inspired by 1930s Disney cartoons. It's one of many projects that kicked off after the Steamboat Willie version of Mickey Mouse entered the public domain.

MOUSE: P.I. For Hire is in development for PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2.
